5BCAA Plus is a very good product and one of the the best if not the best BCAA around. It helps to prevent muscle tissue breakdown and eliminates post workout muscle pain or speeds up recovery. This is a five star product!

5Ive been taking bcaa for quite sometime now and the result is superb no aches and pains. The tablet is a bit big to swallow but that doesn't worry me as long as the result is there. Highly recommended to those who want more gains.Goes Well With:hurricane xs, recovery xs, alpha men

4Great product, which does precisely what is says it does. I trained my ass off the first day I started using these, and was pleasantly surprised at the reduction of gym-burn the next day. As many have said, they can be a little difficult to swallow, but worst case scenario is that you have to drink extra water to get them down... and more water is never a bad thing. I'm popping a couple of these between exercises to stop catabolism; in concert with beta alanine and creatine in a strong cup of black coffee, pre-workout, it seems to be working wonders. Finally, I've heard folks complain about the taste of this product. I had to crunch one down and it really wasn't that bad, so I think that a powder form of these would be fine.Goes Well With:Water
