Extra Gains
5I've always been unsure of these BCAA Plus but they truly made a difference for me. I'm a small frame and I've always had problems trying to gain lean mass and I feel these are helping me on my way! This deserves 5 stars.

Excellent product
5I got a pack of BCAA Plus and I have to say, I was quite surprised at how noticeable the impact which was almost immediate. I found it took me a lot longer to become fatigued and soreness was virtually non existent the following day. I will probably look to buy the powder next time, with cost being my motivation. You can take these up to six times a day which could potentially leave you having to replace the bottle every fortnight. But I would thoroughly recommend taking BCAA as a supplement in some guise, I do find it to be hugely effective. Goes Well With:Whey protein

Good Product
4I've just recently starting taking the gym more seriously, and everywhere I checked people say buy BCAAs. So I took their advice and bought BCAA Plus, I've used it on my workout days and it's been great. It makes me work harder and I don't feel as sore the next day, I know it will help me recover and get stronger. I would recommend it as it's great value for money.

4BCAAs should be one of the recovery supplements of choice in everyone's supplement stash, since using BCAA+ post-workout my muscle soreness the next day is almost non-existent, with no stiffness or inflammation. MyProtein tabs are just the right size to swallow and great value for money. They are a must for anyone who finds the taste of normal BCAA powder hard to handle. They are very convenient on-the-go.Goes Well With:Protein, any pre and post workout supplement.

4BCAA Plus is so far, so good! I've been taking them for a few weeks so I can't fully comment on how well they work. The only downside is sometimes they are difficult to swallow and dissolve quite quickly.Goes Well With:CLA, L-Carnitine and Omega 3

5I have only really started taking BCAA Plus so can't really comment on if they work or not, but I have been taking this and it does a great job when your cutting. I will write a review again after being on these for a few months.
