Should have stayed with these...
5I actually bought BCAA Plus as my first BCAA supplement, but was hoodwinked into thinking that an intra workout BCAA drink costing twice as much would be better. Wrong. These are the best I've tried. They're quite easy to take and very good value for money.

3BCAA Plus is a great product, the only problem is these don't agree with me. Since adding them in to my supplements I've had constant shortness of breath and I have nearly choked on the pills a few times!Goes Well With:Whey, Creatine

4I haven't used BCAA Plus long enough yet to see gains. What I will say is that since taking them the insides of my teeth feel like I've eaten chalk all the time. Even if I brush them they still feel weird. Hopefully they're good though. I combine taking them with protein, creatine, zinc tablets and magnesium tablets (not all at once)...

5BCAA Plus is the best value for money you'll ever see and definitely works; I did a hardcore 2-3 hourr full-body muscle building workout the day I got these and I took the recommended dose for best results and I've never had any muscle pain what-so-ever, I was pain free the whole week, best BCAAs I have ever bought, I love this company.Goes Well With:any drink, I take them with water during my workout, and with a creatine shake after the workout.

5I switched from a daily whey protein drink to using only these and they work a treat ! I have to cut and haul my own firewood on a farm - no central heating - and take 3 tablets before starting, then 3 after finishing each day. Muscles get well toned and NO aches, and I even take three tablets per day when not 'wooding' to keep in trim. To all the ladies out there....BCAA's don't have to be just for body builders wanting to bulk up their muscles ! Try them - and with even light but regular exercise - watch your body trim up. Absolutely ace!

5Great BCAA best out there, wouldn't recommend getting the 90 capsule tub as it runs out so quick! Would love MyProtein to do a 500+ capsule tub!
