Great product
4BCAA Plus is a great product. I can see/feel the changes already after just 3 weeks. I've just bought some more however the only problem with this product is that the tablets are very difficult swallow whole.

BCAAs
4I have not had these BCAA Plus very long so have yet to feel any real benefits. Taste wise, they don't really taste of anything and are easy to swallow with water. Overall, they are competitively priced and I look forward to any benefits gained.

BCAA+
4I started taking these BCAA+ tablets to aid in muscle recovery following intense bulking routines, and I have to say I have noticed a difference. While I still ache, following leg days! I am not in as nearly as much pain/aching as I was before I added these to my diet. Recommended...Goes Well With:On there own!

hard to swallow
4Again, these are great but need a thin coating to help swallow. They're massive and start disintegrating in your mouth. Husband and I both have to break in two to get them down 1 bit at a time. I usually have no problems eating pills but these are ridiculous. Husband hates taking them. I tend to push them down with a coated table (which I don't even need water for, such as CLA).Goes Well With:water, juice or before a coated tablet.

Ace product
4Make sure you keep up your doses of BCAA Plus. It might initially be scary taking the recommended dose, but it works out fine and does dreams to your recovery and end power (when you feel like giving up).Goes Well With:Unflavoured whey with raspberry drops and CLA

5This is the second time that I've ordered BCAA Plus. I take it before training with fresh fruit juice and a shake of impact whey after this. It is top to get what you really need!Goes Well With:fruit juice

Recommended for anyone
4BCAA is recommend this to anyone who is training light or hard, it is absolutely essential on top of a good diet and regular exercise. Having been taking this supplement for a fews now, I feel that the BCAA help my body achieve excellent results of deriving protein from my meals and have added some lean mass since I have first taken these. I usually take 3 tablets after breakfast and another 3 during dinner which works best for me. Tablets don't have a coating so go down easily with lots of water.Goes Well With:Water
