BCAA's are a girls best friend!
5I needed my muscles to grow and repair when I realised I wanted to enter Miss Bikini this year, so I turned to BCAA's and I haven't looked back. I use myprotein aminos because there are always daily deals to snap up and they also offer tablet form in a high dosage. Complete value for money. I have noticed that my performance and recovery have improved immensely since using the BCAA's. I'm a girl who lifts, who now wouldn't step outside without her tub of myprotein BCAA's safely tucked away in her Mulberry!

Very Effective but..
3I have now used these BCAA pills for 2 weeks, and I felt very sore every time I worked out. After taking just one at daytime and one at nightime, it really did help a lot. The soreness went almost completely away the same day I took it, I was more alert and had more energy, but I'm unsure if the pills contains ammonia. I don't know, if it smells like that, but it had a similar smell I guess. It can be bad for the brain if it does have it. That's why I will change to the powdered form and be more safe. These pills are effective though.. and I would love to buy it again and again, if there was not an ammonia problem.

4Work effectively after the gym. They make a massive difference the day after, so you don't feel sore. However, they are very long and thin which makes them difficult to swallow.Goes Well With:Lots of water

4The BCAA Plus capsules are a bit large to swallow but they doesn't taste of anything and that is good!

bcaa+
4Well being a vegetarian girl and training 4+ times a week. BCAA content such as for a vegetarian diet, then supplemental BCAAs are able to promote muscle protein synthesis and aid in muscle building over time for me this is a must have. This is super for anti-fatigue and helping to prevent decline that occurs during exercise. I felt a big difference after the first week of taking these.

A must have for any serious lifter
5If your not taking BCAA Plus and your lifting a lot of weights then your a mad man! This stuff is brilliant and a must have for anyone looking to gain size. Take with impact whey, waxy maize, creatine and pulse V and your on your way... Quite a few tablets to swallow but if your serious enough then it won't bother you. Get on this stuff! Goes Well With:Creatine mono hydrate pre and post and whey and waxy maize post workout.

4I got this as I have had a few strains and pains while playing football and weightlifting.....I found this to help keep the pains at a minimum and really useful.Goes Well With:anything
