BCAA Plus
5I love these BCAA Plus. They're a must have for any crossfitter/athlete. I wouldn't train without them. I always carry mine in my gym bag. Great price from MyProtein as well!

Excactly what it says on the bottle
4BCAA Plus is great BCAAs in a convenient pill form. I definitely notice the difference if I don't take these when I am lifting heavy. Also, they're not too expensive so I can easily incorporate these into my student budget lifestyle.

Good Value
4Being a slightly older person (40 this year!) I do occasionally have aches and pains from workouts or after playing rugby. I have found in the limited time that I have been using these BCAA Plus that these pains, although not disappearing totally, are far less, meaning that I can workout for longer and build my muscles quicker.Goes Well With:Lots of water.

First Week
5BCAA's or EAA's. Went with BCAA plus 90 Tablets. I have only been taking these for four days now, and I can genuinely say after training sessions on different muscle groups, I have not felt any aches or tightness at all. For the price II think they are great value for money as they actually do what they are supposed to without breaking the bank. I am not consuming all the recommended dosage either just to make the tablets last a little longer, however they still work. I think this all down to how hard you train. I have no problems with swallowing them with water. They are not too big and they are a normal tablet taste. (Nothing) Overall I'm pretty impressed with these and I will be purchasing a second tub.Goes Well With:Whey Protein. Water. Green Tea

Small effect
2Hi this is my second ever review on this website as I buy alot but rarely have the time to put a review unless I'm very disappointed in a product! This is one of them, it seems to get stuck in the back of my mouth before it goes down my throat all the time and it doesn't seam to repair my muscles that well compared to optimum which I used to buy for a year, this stuff doesn't even compare at all! I wont be buying anymore tablets from Myprotein to be honest, the protein powder I'm happy with but tablets I really do question if it works at all.
