PERFECT FOR CUTTING
5used during my cut, 5g whilst doing morning cardio, then 5g inbertween meals. 10-15g during workout. consumed when ever there is no food in your system, helps promote muscle synthesis and prevents muscle wastage. noticeable more energy in my workouts, stomach wasn't growling halfway through work out. Draw backs -first week when consuming, lips dried out a lot, purely down to the bcaas, after a few weeks completely fine. -dependent on food intake during the day, sometimes feel bloated when consuming BCAA's during my work out Overall great product and should be a staple in anyones plan. Food is the most important then BCAA's! Goes Well With:water, juice

Not the best tasting!
1This review isn't a reflection of MyProtein at all - I love a lot of their products and delivery is always quick and prices reasonable. However the taste of this in the summer berry flavour is grim! It does mix well with water but i honestly nearly made me sick the taste was so vile - very synthetic and chemically. I didn't try it with juice, so that may make it better, and also I can't comment in its effectiveness because I only used it once and couldn't face using it again! Goes Well With:definitely not water!

4Haven't been on this combination that long but I have already noticed an improvement in recovery and I seem able to work with greater intensity. Goes Well With:Water, yoghurt

5Bought this as it was a great offer for BCAA. Love the taste got the tropical punch. Mixes really well with water. I use this during my workout. Only thing that I was very unhappy with was that it had no scoop. Where is my scoop myprotein? :( Goes Well With:Really cold water.

Quality.
5Great product. Ordered the summer fruits flavour mixed it will 2 litres of water and consumed throughout the day. Seem to have a slight powdery taste to it so just dropped in a bit of cordial and good to go. I would also put some in the protein shake but I have chocolate so don't think it would taste right. Goes Well With:Impact whey and water

When taste and performance mix well in water!
5Having had BCAA before, although I am not sure what brand, I expected to have to choke this down during bike rides or a workout, teeth clenched to keep my mouth from spontaneously ejecting it whilst willing my tastebuds not to revolt and throw themselves down my throat hoping to drown in the vile swill I had subjected themselves. Colour me deliriously surprised!! The taste is actually quite nice although I only add it to water, so it isn't masked by juice. In terms of mixing, I simply add to water in my bottle and shake. Mixes well. Been using it for just over a week and I love it. I think it has helped especially in terms of my riding endurance having done just over 50 miles while using it and whether it is the placebo effect or not, I plan to keep using it.

Great Product
5It tastes just like fruit juice, mixes well with a shaker bottle and has helped me squeeze more reps per set out of my workout after using for a few weeks. Goes Well With:Preworkout beforehand, bcaa during workout and a post workout after.

BCAA bliss
5Having used Optimum Nutrition's Amino Energy before, I wanted to give My Protein's BCCA a go. I was keen to try something that represented a bit more value for money. Having purchased the Berry Blast flavour, I was not disappointed. Not only did it mix easy, it tasted fruity and pleasantly refreshing. I was expecting more of a powdery chemical aftertaste, but really enjoyed sipping this during training, or on my way to work. A great alternative to water to keep you hydrated, with noticeable enhanced recovery from weight training. Goes Well With:Creatine Gluconate

5i use this product pre/post workout and now i have to say its a good supplement.improved recovery and strength. this supplement improves mental clarity,trust me!mixes very well and taste is also great.i recommend itGoes Well With:water
