A Staple of any Dutting Diet
5Bought BCAA 4:1:1 Berry Blast flavour after trying the Unflavoured version. I can say the flavour is certainly bearable and is somewhat tasty which is great when drinking with water intra-workout. The Leucine content is ideal for my cutting cycle and has certainly helped my body preserve lean muscle tissue. BCAA are a stplae of any cutting workout & personally I take 2.5g morning, pre /post workout and before bed. Goes Well With:Water or any flavoured drink.

Overall great product
5I have used this supplement for a couple of month now and I have to say its a really good product. I would recommend the product if you are shredding, lean bulk, preparing for a photo-shoot or just the summer in general. If you are using 2 scoops in 1 shake ensure its a big bottle otherwise the taste of the BCAA's will over power the drink.Goes Well With:MyProtein Whey and Creatine

51. Improved recovery, barely feel sore the next day 2. Mixes great, I add creatine to it and gulp it down with no lumps 3. Tastes decent, bit artificial but its not too bad Got the 1kg pouch On sake so I'm BUZZING!Goes Well With:CREATINE, PROTEIN
