4This BCAA 4:1:1 is quite good, I say quite as it has an awkward taste. I have resorted to adding the powder into my shakes. Doing this hides the taste of the powder. I bought the berry flavoured pouch and I am using it pre workout, post workout and before bed. Every morning after a training day I wake up to no muscle soreness. For this reason, I give the product a 4 in overall rating as the taste is not great and the length of the scoop handle is too short. This is something I would buy again in a different flavour.

4BCAA 4:1:1 is a great product. It definitely makes a difference in terms of recovery and DOMS. I find mixing 15-20g or so with 500ml of water makes it less of an issue in terms of mixability and taste.

5Found this product to really make a difference with my recovery which is essential training 6 days a week. Taste was ok but best mixed in with my post workout shake, impact whey.Goes Well With:Strawberry and cream impact whey

Berry Blast vs Tropical thunder
3I decided to try the 4:1:1 BCAA after using the normal BCAA, I like to use the powdered ones to the capsules as I like the drink. I find the berry blast flavour a bit weak so you have to be a bit heavy handed to get a good initial flavor, but I then find the aftertaste is a bit weird. I usually mix mine then give it a few minutes just to settle and don't find too many issues with the mixing. The tropical flavour however initially can be very acidic and sweet to the taste so don't go too heavy handed with this one but there is no aftertaste. I will continue to use the product I have had a small body fat percentage drop and a little weight gain so it's all going in the right direction. Plus I like the drink which I have before I train but sometimes during as well. But I will stick to the tropical flavor.Goes Well With:Water.

5BCAA 4:1:1 tastes pretty nice (tropical flavour), although mixing takes a while. I'm happy with the purchase. I will certainly get it again. Goes Well With:Water
