Overall a good product
4I've been using these tablets for just over two weeks, I'm noticing a slight improvement and hope to notice more with time. Goes Well With:water, protein shakes, milk, anything.

BCAA 1500
4Once you get used to the size of BCAA 1500 they are perfect. Don't try and break in two to swallow - it makes it worse. The smooth design helps them go down with a decent mouthful of fluid.Goes Well With:Water / Milk

effective BCAA
5Pretty easy to swallow, just a gulp of impact whey protein or water, cant taste them at all if swallowed, I imagine they wouldn't taste too good if chewed though! I take two half hour before training and two after then two before bed on training days, on non training days I take two morning, two midday, two before bed, definitely help with recovery and lean growth! Recommended training supplement for sure!Goes Well With:Banoffee Impact Whey 5kg

4For the price of these BCAA 1500 tablets, it's hard to find any negative points. It's a primary supplement for anyone's muscle building stack! Goes Well With:L Glutamine

BCAA 1500
3The BCAA 1500 pills are pretty sizeable and the taste isn't great (although that hardly matters seeing as it is a tablet). I haven't noticed any major improvements in lifting or recovery after adding this to the usual regime of a protein shake and creatine mono. However it's only been a short time, so I'll stick with it and see.Goes Well With:Impact whey protein (chugging something like this makes it far easier to swallow these).
