4Effective. I have noticed a lean gain with usual heavy weight training and proper nutrition. It is a supplement, you still need to work hard to get the results.

5BCAA 1500 is great for fasted cardio to stop muscle catabolisation. It's also great for when weights training is coming to an end and you want to do a bit of extra, essentially fasted cardio to finish off. Just pop a couple out of your pocket and there you go. At the very least BCAAs take a bit of the emphasis off straight protein supplementation, it's very handy though not to be used without consideration unless you've got money to burn.Goes Well With:hard smart training

5The BCAA 1500 tablets are huge but when taken one at a time it's no problem at all. The early indications seem to be positive as I have maintained muscle mass during my efforts to lose fat.

BCAA 1500
5I first took BCAA 1500 as I heard they would help with my recovery and strength, and they were right. I have currently been having 3 servings of 2 tablets per day for 2 weeks now, and even in that short space of time I have felt a huge improvement. Before I had taken these, after a tough strength session the next day would be pretty much horrific. The feeling of not being able to get out of bed, get out a chair or walk up the stairs without whining like an 80 year old. Since I have taken BCAAs this has vastly improved. I now feel a lot fresher the day after a workout, even if it was gruelling at the time, and even feel I can take on more training because my body is capable of it. Within myself I feel stronger which is no doubt another positive from this brilliant supplement. The only bad thing I would have to say about it is the tablet sizes are pretty big, so if you find it hard to swallow big capsules or tablets (which I do not) this will be a tough one for you. I would recommend this to anyone who is dedicated about their training and wants to get more out of their strength, gain strength and feel generally awesome!Goes Well With:Water

Much Needed BCAA's
4BCAAs are a much needed supplement for the training I do and these certainly work in aiding recovery and reducing the ache of a tough session! BCAA 1500 are the biggest BCAAs I've ever had to swallow and the taste is a little chalky but to be honest they're not in your mouth for that long so it's not a real issue, unless you have trouble swallowing tablets normally!Goes Well With:A big swig of something to help it down
