BCAA'S are boss

Ok so ive been using these 3 weeks now, immediatly noticed a better workout, less muscle fatigue that has allowed me to do more sets not just reps. Was slighlty sceptical about the hype of BCAA'S but thought id give them a go. The following day from a gym sesh I find less aching in muscle groups ive worked (theres still a small amount obviously) if taken with a clean diet for the results you want you will achieve. Pot says you can take up to 6 of these a day however I stay on 2 before 2 after ratio and that has worked. Only problem is the size of the casule very very big so make sure you have enough water to wash them down with. Other than that top product a definate to be added to any supplement arsenal.

I've only just started to use these tablets but can already feel myself getting bigger. I take 2 before training and 2 after, perfect!

Is this stuff a gift from the gods? Having good workouts and long runs (for me) and getting up the next day with no DOMS at all. Usually I am in stiff for a couple of days. Granted I am eating very clean compaired to normal. Having one tab in morn with breakfast one with lunch then two before workout 5pm and two straight after washed down with Impact Diet whey (Still got a beer belly). Overall very happy.

Very effective when taken along with a high protein diet or protein shake. Only downside is the actual tablets are quite large and difficult to swallow

1500mg per tablet means it's much more cost efficient than equivalents and I only need to take 1 tablet before and after the gym or playing rugby. Very effective for long weights sessions and intense cardio
