Excellent energy boost
5I have been taking these for a while now about 7 months and they have really helped, 8 have also be looking at my diet and attending slimming world to concertante more, they have given me extra energy when at the gym as well. And they make me feel alert. Goes Well With:Water

Brilliant little helpers!
5I have to be so, so careful in order to stay in shape because I naturally carry more fat. I swear by these. They do not do the work for you; you have to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but when you find yourself in a rut, and you can't cut your calories any lower and you're already slugging away with some extra cardio, I find that these are the little boost you need to kick the rest off and help keep it off. I generally include these with my daily supps as normal as I do find they help keep excess weight off for me. I can tell after a week or so if I've stopped taking them!

Disappointed
1After reading the reviews I thought that these pills would be spot on as I consume a large amount of caffeine. Unfortunately for me though, these tablets actually make me very tired!! A few hours after taking them I become very drowsy which isn't ideal when you lead a busy life. In the time between taking them and needing to peel my eyes open I literally don't feel any different, with no extra energy and my appetite is the same! Reading the other reviews they seem to work well for normal humans but if, like me, you need several cans of Red Bull just to function I would recommend saving your money and sticking with the energy drinks.Goes Well With:A comfy place to sleep

So far so good
5Been using these a few weeks taking one in the morning in relation to my goals. I’ve found myself to be a lot less fatigued at work and during my workouts as well as my Christmas bloat going right down! It’s a win from me

Excellent results
5I have been using these pills for about 12 weeks now and I have also been on slimming world diet cutting our chocolate which is my favourite thing and I am so happy with the results, firstly I started of with taking 1 pill a day as I was worried they would make me be hyperactive but I was fine then as my body go used to them I started taking 1 with my breakfast and 1 with my lunch, I have have lost nearly 1 stone in weight in 3 months. Which I am certainly very happy with. I would highly recommend them and by them again even when I have reached my target weight which was 1 stone! Yay Goes Well With:Breakfast lunch and dinner

Worthwhile
4I was dubious about these so bought them while on discount but I immediately noticed the difference in my alertness, concentration and food cravings. I did find I was sweating more in my workouts to begin with until my body adjusted and I had a little difficultly sleeping as I was taking the second pill too late in the day. I'm not weighing myself but I am definitely noticing a difference in my body after only two weeks. Already purchased another bottle.Goes Well With:Impact Diet Whey Protein Water

5I was worried that these pill would make me feel ill, but I have had no side affects from having the caffeine, I have been taking only one per day in the morning with my breakfast. I would definitely buy them again.

Warning
3I have been taking these for a couple of weeks now, once taking them I noticed sore pains in my stomach which I assumed to be normal, and then I randomly started to bleed (my period was not due) I didn’t realise it was the pills until I stopped taking them I continued the pills starting today and I’ve again started to bleed to beware of that.
