5I’ve been taking these for a month or so now and they’re great! I’ve stopped craving sweets and my appetite has reduced a lot! They also give me so much energy and wake me up!! Will defo be buying again

2I've tried to dose it and each time the pills just give me a headache. I don't reccommend this product.

Personal opinion
1I’ve been taking theses tablets four weeks but I really haven’t noticed any difference in my weight loss or appetite? I do an hour of exercise 5 nights per week which is a mix of cardio and toning/strengthening but haven’t noticed the increase in my energy levels like everyone else seems to be experiencing? For the reasons I’ve stated I really don’t rate this product unfortunately.

Wish I Could take them
3They are very effective and great to give you that extra bit of go in the gym. Really do wake you up, but unfortunately I am very sensitive to caffeine so they don't suit me. Upset stomach, headaches and mood is unstable after taking them. Wish I could continue as I can see real benefits but just don't suit me.

5These have made going to the gym beareable, deffo give you more energy I’ve noticed a difference in my workouts - I take two before I go to the gym

4Have been using these for a month now and I do feel more energized in the day but not in the evenings so I may start taking a second one half way through the day as suggested online! Have been using these combined with the meal replacement blend and exercise twice a week and have noticed clothes are fitting better than they used to

5I’ve been using this for a couple of days now in conjunction with Active Woman Diet Blend and L Carnitine. It has been leaving me a lot fuller for longer but I’m not sure if that’s the tablets or the shake as I’ve been taking more of the tablets that the shake as per the suggested use, all in all, so far so good Goes Well With:Anything

Good boost
4I tend to only take these before going to the gym or if I'm tired when I wake up. I find them to be a great boost for energy and momentum in the gym. Whenever I've forgotten to take one before a workout, I've noticed I'm not as focused or committed when I reflect on my performance. Overall since April I've lost about a stone which is amazing for me as I'm normally quite complacent after I've lost the first 5lbs.Goes Well With:Water... And before a workout. Should really take another in the day somewhere but I forget.
