Great but made mouth dry
4Taking two daily alongside other vitamins and have managed to lose a few pounds alongside gym sessions and healthy eating. Downside is having a dry throat and feeling thirsty all the time no matter how much water I drink.

Diet capsules
5Tried Thermopure and Thermo x previously, and did get results but got stuck with my weight loss journey , started on Diet Capsule feel great and weight has started to. One back off , just needed a boost in the right direction Goes Well With:Variety of vitamins

Weight loss Boost
5I purchased a months supply to kickstart my weight loss after a break in lockdown and gaining some weight back. They are not a magic pill they will only assist a calorie controlled diet but I found whilst I have cut back they have helped, I shifted 6lbs in my first week. Week 3 now, I dont think I will use these all the time I did buy just for a months boost I usually use the thermopures alongside my gym sessions. Goes Well With:Water, they smell awful!

Love these, better than expected
5I dont often write reviews but I with this product I wanted too. I have tried so many things over the years which never have any effect but these diet pills are better than expected. I would recommend taking only 1 pill for the first couple of weeks as I found 2 made me unable to concerntrate but after a couple of weeks I increased too 2. They have suppressed the hunger feeling, given me so much energy, sleeping great, I feel more focused and motivated than I have done for years!Goes Well With:I purchased this along with diet whey and cologen pills to pamper myself :) I can definitely see a difference in my skin and hair with taking these combined, once again would recommend. Plus the prices are reasonable, you won't regret buying I promise.

Great pills however
4I’ve been taking these pills for around 4 days, I am on a balanced healthy diet and exercising every day! I haven’t seen any results as of yet (as it’s only been 4 days) but it does stop the craving in between meals and gives me energy and I have more motivation to get stuff done! However - this could be TMI but I have found I am extremely gassy and back and forth to the toilet. I don’t feel unwell or sick, I don’t know if this is the way these tablets work but for the moment I’ve stopped taking them to make sure this is the tablets that is doing this! Goes Well With:Water!

3This is my first day trying these, it has definitely decreased my appetite, I'm so much more awake and energised. However, I took the reccomendation of 2 capsules (one around morning time and another a few hours later) and I've been extremely dizzy, shaking pretty bad (I already suffer from tremors but these kicked them off really bad) and periods of extreme heart palpitations. I don't usually have any caffeine in my diet at all (I know silly taking 2 my first day). So tomorrow I will be taking just 1 instead and seeing how I am from there. I read in a previous review about dizziness and for myself it's very very extreme and constant, so beware!

Positive suprise
4Always cautious about these kind of products but very positively surprised. I can honestly say that I haven’t noticed any hunger cravings (or the hunger “pangs”). I’ve only been taking them for a week. They did kick start my period a week early but they have been over the place in the past. Reading the reviews a week later, and agreeing with lots about energy and waking up nicely and less tired. For me doing shift work, that’s always a bonus. I can’t see a visible/major weight loss weight with them but the hunger pangs were the main thing.

Works to some extent
4I take one capsule when I wake up and one when I workout, if I don't workout that day I only have the morning one. I have noticed weight loss, not sure if its exercise and diet or if these are actually helping. it DOES give you more energy when working out, meaning I can perform cardio faster and for longer, I'm also motivated to weight train straight after; before taking them I was too worn out to weight train for 30 mins after 30 mins of cardio. I will continue to take them as they help with exercise.Goes Well With:BCAA Blue Raspberry

Bad Compared to the other myprotein protein powders
3So I got a massive bag of this as I thought it would taste the same as the whey isolate. Boy was I was wrong it's so overpowering and I have tried to mix it into staff just to see if it would help all it does is make things worse. I would say it's probably best to go with the other ones .Goes Well With:Nothing in my opinion

Girls, be cautious.
2I tried these out last week, and the had a really odd effect on my body. I lost a little weight, but they gave me bad stomach cramps and induced my monthly cycle, that wasn’t due. I thought this might have just been a one-off odd coincidence but it all stopped as soon as I stopped taking them, and I read back through the reviews and it looks like this has happened to someone else too. I’d just advise that girls be a little cautious when using these.Goes Well With:Water
