5Very product so far, did have an upset stomach on first two days but that was due to body getting used to the product. Slays recommend MyProtein for any supplements.

Pretty good so far!
4Only tried them for the three days since I received them, so apologies for this measly review. First day, first thing, I needed the toilet. I doubt these are meant to be laxatives but that's what I experienced on the first dose. Afterwards, my appetite was there so not suppressed but I got full quickly. I'm also less fatigued which helps in the gym, my performance can go longer without needing so many breaks. Second day was a breeze, no issues at all. Today, I've felt hungrier than normal but I assume it's because I've not stuck to a consistent 3 meal day plan. Eating has been haphazard, whenever I feel like, which I'm assuming is to do with something in these pills. Positives: Combating tiredness, good boost of energy in the morning (when I take them) Good for appetite, feel more full quickly, less likely to overeat Negatives: Staying up more than usual due to anti-fatigue benefit lol May feel like you need to eat more due to appetite being suppressed on days beforeGoes Well With:Water. It helps to constantly be hydrated with these pills; I seem to be more easily parched in the last few days than before.

Avoid!!!
1I am in agony! These capsules have given me constant stomach pain after a week of taking them. None stop running to toilet . Unbearable cramps & I will go as far to say I think I now have a stomach ulcer . I have been attending doctors who think my stomach lining has been ripped & Aggravated. After 5 days of stopping these I am still in a lot of pain! Goes Well With:Hospital admittance!!!!

Very happy with it
4Been using these couple weeks now. Only take 1 in the morning. Helps me control the hunger and gives energy. It has made me very thirsty the first few days which helped keep up the water intake so I didn't take it as bad/ side effect. I will give it at least a month and see what results I get but so far I like it.

4I bought these along with the diet whey protein to lose weight. I have two a day and definitely felt more alert but aside from that I didn't really see any benefit which is a shame. I also started to get quite bad skin breakouts so stopped using them.

Do not buy this product.
1I bought this product to complement the healthy eating and working out I already do, reading that it gives people energy before a workout which is what I wanted as well as potentially more weight loss. I read the other reviews saying about the bleeding, caffeine effects etc and ignored it because I can generally handle a fair few cups of coffee per day. But I wish I had listened. On my first day taking these pills, I had crippling stomach pains. Felt so full up it was painful. The next few days taking them, my heart was beating crazy fast due to the caffeine and I felt so dizzy I had to lay down. I then stopped taking them, but an unexpected HEAVY PERIOD has now started, as well as spots on my face! Do NOT take these - stick to good old fashioned exercise and healthy eating to lose weight and use pre workout if you need extra energy before a workout.

5Love this product. I’m eating healthily, drinking 2 litres plus a day, of water. Feeling good! Lost 4lb the first week. I’ve been working hard on the gym too.

Amazing!
5I cannot recommend it enough of you are on a weight loss journey! It’s definitely suppresses the apetite and after a small 400kcal meal you feel really full and satisfied! Also gives you that energy boost in the morning especially before the workout or even if you had a bad night sleep and need a kick!
