Bang for your buck
5I got the unflavoured, as long as you shake before drink, you’ll not notice whatsoever, get big and lift heavier, it’s a no brainier.

5I've been using the unflavoured creatine and mixing it with my post workout shake. Mixes well and noticing some benefit.Goes Well With:Whey protein and water

5Have been taking this now for a few weeks and have to say either its placebo effect or it works. Feeling stronger, feeling bigger and hitting heavy weights consistently.Goes Well With:Inmix this with the my protein whey isolate strawberry flavour and cant tell its in it.

Tastes fine
5The unflavoured version is fine to take entirely by itself in water, it offers no taste or change in texture. I have been adding it to me EAA supplement and it mixes great. Only been in it for three days now so can't speak about any changes in performance yet.

More effective than tablets
5This is more effective than tablets can be mixed in pre workout or after in a protein shake. I use with over night powder as it helps recovery.Goes Well With:Any powder.

5Great for mixing in with clear protein, I got the unflavoured so you can't tell the difference. This also Mixed in well with just some water and juice. Goes Well With:Clear protein
