5Taste is a bit artificial but overall very good. Seen noticeable changes in my workout due to this. Goes Well With:Mixes well with water, easy to drink.

5i found the creatine really effective when taking it on a schedule. i found it gave me more confidence and strength for lifting in my workout routine i will be buying again and have advised my friends to try it out Goes Well With:i found it was most effective with a good balanced diet and taking the creatine 30 mins before workout with whey protein and a shot of vodka which gets it in your system quicker
