4-tastes like a blue raspberry slush which tastes good - make it more stronger flavoured blue raspberry, so it tastes even nicer - mixing, most of the time is shakes in fine but u do get 1 or 2 bits at the bottomGoes Well With:goes well with sprite, but be warned it does create a huge foam.

Creatine > Whey
5Been using creatine for about 5 months and it is so much better than whey protein shakes for me. No bloating, Not filing and doesn't leave me gassy (them whey farts are not nice). Haven't tried unflavoured but the Tropical and Berry flavours taste great, and it mixes perfectly. Will continue buying.
