Great gains
5Creatine Monohydrate is an awesome product. It's easy to take, and fast results were gained with 3kg in 5 weeks with a good diet and my lifts have improved. I would also highly recommend this product.

Creatine Tabs
4Creatine Monohydrate are easy to take regularly and encourage regular drinking, which is important for a good diet. I am taking them with Taurine powder and protein. I find my recovery time has dropped slightly and my workout intensity has increased. So far I've seen only a little in gains but with my higher work rate I expect them to increase soon. I would recommend Creatine Monohydrate to anyone who hasn't got time to go to the loo every 20 mins, which I found when taking multiple servings of the powder with almost a litre of water but still wants to improve their strength. If you're looking for a quick way to get a summer body though I would switch to the powder as the increased drinking will reduce your cravings. Good luck with the beach bod lads. Goes Well With:Taurine & a low fat diet.

5Creatine Monohydrate is great value for money! It's a great product. It's my first creatine and all I can say so far is that it works. I'm feeling much better, as well as seeing improvement in strength. It does exactly what it's supposed to. It's a great product.

Great Alterantive
4If like me you can't stand the taste of mixing creatine powder with water or maybe even adding to your protein shake, then the capsule option of Creatine Monohydrate is perfect. Admittedly the capsules are pretty large, but if you're serious about your training, man-up and get on with it!

5This Creatine Monohydrate is a good product with a great effect. The only point is that the tablet size is a bit big. Goes Well With:Instant muscle whey protein

4Creatine Monohydrate is a quality product. It's in capsule form so taste is not really an issue. I'm using with pea protein and milk compound mixture and have noticed a little in size gains. Creatine helps recovery quite a bit, so is useful if you're doing high stress exercise and finding your recovery time is dreadful.Goes Well With:protein

Good product
4I found that Creatine Monohydrate was very good value, and after a week of taking 10g a day I saw quite a large improvement in my strength training and workout capacity. Overall, I would say the product is very good and would advise it for anyone doing strength of performance training.
