4Have only been using it for a week but as a sprinter I've found that this helps with recovery from strength and power training, tend to take a split of 2 in the morning and 3 in the evening with milk as recovery, Goes Well With:goes well with BCAA's and CLA

4Price wise Creatine Monohydrate is very effective in comparison to other companies. Personally, I break them in half as I struggle to swallow the whole tablet but nonetheless they're effective. 5g per day taken with a dextrose solution or fruit juice is perfect. Just make sure you pound the water all day or you'll have dehydration problems!Goes Well With:Dextrose or fruit juice

5I really couldn't believe the differences I've seen over the past two months by using Creatine Monohydrate. I feel stronger and look in better shape than I have ever done so before. The only slight downside is whilst I'm working out I develop incredible thirsts but apart from that, it's a fantastic product and I would recommend this product to anyone!

4There weren't many products of Creatine Monohydrate online that came in tablet form, and these were probably the best I could find value wise. You do get a lot for the amount you pay. I've used creatine monohydrate before in powder form and experienced some great gains in strength and mostly size. So far I've been taking this product for 2 weeks, taking 2 tabs more than the recommended amount. I've had a small gain in size again but even more in strength. I will definitely be buying this product again and would recommend to most people who are looking to buy creatine mono in tab form rather than powder form.Goes Well With:Mass Gainer Extreme, BCAAs
