"I bought this product to help with my lifts (as I am doing heavy weights - Max OT) for which it seems to be working. The only issue I have it the tablets are big which isn't a problem in itself, the problem comes when you place it in your mouth as before you get chance you drink water and try and get the tablet swallowed it starts to come apart. This causes me to sometime gag, so I tried mixing it into my protein shake which was worse as it left it all in the bottom as it seems to not dissolve into the water. Overall it works for what you want but I think it needs to be houses in a capsule rather than pressed powder. "

so ive had this product for a few weeks now and have gone through he loading stages and then maintenance. I can see an increase in my muscle sizes already but I don't know if that is because ive been working out harder recently. The main improvement I can see is my strength and power when doing more weight and more reps; from using this stuff I can definitely push out extra reps! #feelinggood

"very good price at £6.99 for 250 tablets. Tablets are quite big -not easy to swallow and instructions on taking the tablets arent very clear; Does not tell me recomennded times to take, also does not tell me how many grams each tablets are which i was expecting. overall Not bad"

"I am relatively new to the gym (been training for 3 months now), and naturally quite a small/skinny guy. None the less I have been training seriously on a strict routine focused around low rep/high weight compound exercises and have adopted a high calorie diet full of protein/carbs (lots of eggs, steak, chicken, tuna and whey shakes!). Before I started taking these tablets my progress was good, but since taking them I have stepped up a level! I began taking just 3 tablets a day, only on training days to see how they worked, and felt some effect, mainly being more able to squeeze out them extra couple of killer reps after exhaustion. Since then I have upped my intake and am now taking 5 tablets every day. My sets are now much more powerful and explosive and I find myself able to grind out those all important extra reps which I would not normally be able to. I cannot stress the importance of taking the tablets even at weekends/non training days, not just on training days, to maintain the creatine levels in your system, as this has been the difference between the tablets working well and working extremely well. Overall I am extremely happy with the product and feel that they offer great value for money (250 tablets for £10 a bargain!). I would definitely recommend these for anyone looking to train hard and heavy, especially if you have hit a wall and are finding it tough to make gains!"
