5Excellent creatine product. I didn't load it, just took the dosage every day post workout and within 14 days noticed able to go up a bit in weight and squeeze out an extra few reps for each exercise. Definitely a cornerstone supplement in my routine. Goes Well With:Clear whey shake/water

Highly recommend
5Easy to mix and doesn’t leave a horrible residue on the bottom, no taste at all so can’t even tell it’s in your drink. Would recommend for someone to take as one of their daily supplements.
