"I'm new to My Protein products and have been generally impressed. However, this breakfast shake had horrible clumps making it disgusting, no matter how long I mixed it for. When I eventually forced it down, It was very filling and filled me up for quite a long time. I don't like traditional breakfast foods and thought this would be a cure. But it wasn't. I shouldn't have to ""get it down my f**kin neck"". Ignore those reviews as I did and opt for a better overall product."

"Firstly, follow the instrctions, you need 500ml of water for this, its very thick otherwise. Milk will end up clogging up your blender. Secondly the taste isnt that good, vanilla tastes a bit ovaltine-ish but its not bad per se. As for the product, seems to be a good deal, keeps you full till dinner, has everything you need in one shake, and is customisable, i add extra oats and creatine. Well recommended. Just stop moaning about the taste and drink it, its good for you."

Does a job! Makes you feel full and gives you a good boost. Feel good mentally and more aware. Good before work if no time for a proper breakfast in the morning. Stop moaning about mixability and taste - get it down f**kin neck!!

"I have only just started using this and it seems to be working a treat. Its simple and easy and keeps you full well into lunchtime. I use 350ml Soya Milk and whilst it took a few shakes to mix, it was very thick with a few lumps of powder. Im starting to add about 100ml water to the milk to allow it to mix better. The banana flavour is rather plesant too. Very happy with this product."
