"Unfortunatly, not a nice shake in terms of taste and mixability, im currently using a USN shaker as im just turning to MP recently after a friend reccomended them. This shake does make me feel that little bit better on a morning and i have noticed i am not getting as hungry as quick as a did before i used the product but unfortunately the mixing and taste are that bad it has really let it down :( i am goin to try with an electric blender as the main problem is very, VERY big lumps will right back soon"

"After using MP products for a while (mainly impact whey and instant oats), I have always found them to be excellent in all fields, mixability, taste and effectiveness. I purchased the total breakfast in strawberry flavour, I have found the taste to be poor and the mixability even worse, can't really comment on the effectiveness as haven't used it for long enough."

Just started using this and I feel it's a very surprising product. Gives me a nice boost in the morning and the banana version tastes surprisingly nice.

"it has what you need first thing in the morning. carbs, protein, multi vits, good fats. i cant say if it works yet, but its the same old myprotein products just all conveniently mixed together for us. tastes not the best, and its thick! really thick! 2 scoops needs twice as much milk/water as a normal protein mix. its a bit chalky too. but its good for you and its convenient. so get it!"
