Been taking 3 gels a day for past 3 weeks. Seen a definate drop in flab around the waste. Lost 7lbs in the process. A good solid diet and hard work are needed to see progress though. Would defo recommend to others and continue to purchase myself.

I managed to lose some unwanted fat around my abdomen using these doing just weight training! I had a body fat % of around 11% and am now 9.2%. I was on my feet most of the day as I am a football coach but I wouldn't consider any of the exercise I do high intensity. I used them for 10 weeks in conjuction with weight training and had good hard gains and lost body fat %. Will definitely use this again when going through another intense 10 week weight programme. Of course you have to eat right and avoid temptation but trust me its worth it.

i have been takeing these for a few days not sure of the side affects? but has anybody felt tired of them. the days i have been takeing these i have felt drousy and extremely tired but not entierly sure if it is from these :/ any1 else suffered any side affects.

5"Great product! I have not changed my diet or exercise routine dramatically, jut added it to the mix and have seen impressive results over 5 weeks. I am visibly leaner, especially around my hips and tum. As people have said before it isn't going to do all the work for you but it does give a tangible boost if you are eating sensibly and working out regularly. Just ordered my 2nd big bottle, cannot recommend enough!"

helped me to get more defined and shift some unwanted pounds around stomach. obviou.sley some hard work and strict dieting but helped a give that little bit more

5So I take 6 per day along with thermopure and a fwe other supplements. Overall i would say that this is probably the most effective supplement i have taken to date and had a real impact within the 1st month! I would advise to anyone looking to reduce body fat % or just looking to trim up.

5"I've received my 3rd bottle today and I have to say: This is the fastest delivery in history of people! Where are you guys based? Next door? Flat below? Anyway, this stuff works. It really does. I take 3 pills a day and I don't really do cardio because it's ultramegaboring. I just train hard 3 times a week and since I started with this supplement, my fat percentage has gone down. Lovely."
