DIY Pre workout
5Used this in conjunction with other MP ingredients to make up my own pre workout, happy with my attempt, so far my morning workouts have improved with this DIY boost.Goes Well With:Beta Alanine, Taurine, MSM

Vascular
4Veins are definitely a lot more prominent after a week on Citrulline…..only problem is it tastes pretty nasty. I’ve been taking 2g each morning with squash (plus 5g of creatine), mixes well but tastes bitter and sharp. I then take an additional 7g an hour before hitting the gym, I’m not sure it’s enhanced performance but definitely makes you appear more vascular which is the effect I was looking for. Would recommend for this reason but be warned it tastes grim.Goes Well With:Squash

Most important pre workout ingredient
5I mix my own pre workout because the dosage of this is always too low in existing pre's. 50% off or better and this is great value, works great for a pump.

Great pre-workout pump ingredient
4The MyProtein Citrulline Malate Powder is a great choice for a pre-workout stack as it is highly effective. However, it has a bad taste and doesn't mix well at all, requiring usually rinsing and drinking a shaker to get a lot that is left on the side, plus it's the cheap mix with malate, an organic salt of malic acid, which possibly has no benefit at all over pure L-Citrulline. Nevertheless, given how effective the stuff is, it's still a great buy that you can't go wrong with. Goes Well With:Water, caffeine, glycerol
