5Very good pumping. Stamina increased a little. Very sour, but not critical. A very small spoon, and they need 7 pieces, it's really not convenient.Goes Well With:Water

tastes extremely sour at any kind of decent dosage
4the scoop is useless as you need 7 1/2 for 2g which is definitely not anywhere near the right dosage. your better off using a scale and pouring out like 8-12g if you aren't adding it to a preworkout that already has it in there. its good dont get me wrong but they could have made the scoop bigger Goes Well With:nothing it turns everything sour af

Mad Pumps
5Mixes well in water - a key ingredient in my homemade pre-workout. Pumps are great when using around 6-8g and as it improves blood flow, bedroom department also has a noticeable boost!Goes Well With:Creatine AAKG Beta Alanine Caffeine
