5This is the first time I use citrulline. To be honest, it was extremely sour, oh my gosh, therefore i mix it with watermelon creatine. I can feel the effectiveness of citrulline in the gym. I get better pump, have more energy and can do more reps. I will continue to buy this.Goes Well With:Creatine

5Does what it's supposed to do, well! Isn't supposed to taste good, but when blended with the rest of my stack it isn't noticeable and I do get great pumps when using this.Goes Well With:BCAA's, creatine, Beta alanine

Serving size
4My only problem with this was that the serving size is 7 and a half scoops which seems a bit excessive, can't imagine you would get 125 servings out of it with that many scoops..

Effects of Citrulline Malate
5A fantastic product for anyone looking to increase power, explosiveness and strength. It mixes easy and is immediately noticeable. I like to take mine 20-30 minutes before my a.m workout and the same with my p.m workout. It takes 3-4 days to completely saturate your body, but when it does it is incredibly beneficial; my bench press 3RM went from 110kg to 117.5kg after just two weeks of using this product and my power clean 1RM went from 100kg to 105kg in the same amount of time. This product lets the gains do the talking and it is incredibly good value for money. I would however suggest buying it in bulk to save that extra bit of money. Goes Well With:Micronized Creatine Monohydrate and Beta Alanine
