Dark chocolate and sea salt
5Hate the way MyProtein just withdraw items with no warning or explanation to their loyal customers. Replacing the old dark chocolate and sea salt Carb crusher with the current horrific line up is like replacing Mike Tyson with Mary Berry. Get a grip MyProtein and give us back Dark Chocolate and Sea salt consistently or we’ll need to find a new supplier.Goes Well With:Life

Bring back the old recipe
1I've tried loads of protein bars to satisfy my sweet tooth whilst getting that protein hit and the caramel nut was the best around. It didnt taste like a protein bar and was a pleasure to eat. Just got a box of the new version and feel so disappointed and wish I never spent the money on them and went for another brand.

Why change the recipe?
2I tried all of the new recipe flavours and they are all bad. Fudge Brownie - this was so good before and is now the worst of the bunch. Almost inedible. 1* Choc Nut - was also great before and now disgusting. Marginally better than fudge brownie, but not recommended. 1* Peanut Butter - never had this flavour before and after trying the fudge brownie and chocolate nut, I was dreading this one. Surprisingly it was the best of the lot, but not great. At least it was edible but taste like a cheap protein bar. 3*Goes Well With:Keeping your money

2used to be an amazing product, now really below average (when it comes to the taste as least). really disappointed. i wont be buying this product again.

New Recipe = Disgusting
1the previous version of this was my favourite protein bar of all on the market. This new "improved" recipe is disgusting. it is completely different. I really dont understand why this product claims to be in anyway related to its predecessor. bizarre decision to replace the previous with this monstrosity.Goes Well With:the bin.

1Preferred the old version was a staple order for me, dont taste as nice , texture is horrid, all round rank product. Wont be buying again.Goes Well With:Nothing

Not as good as the original
3I am not sure why this product was changed, the original had a better taste and stood out from the crowd of protein bars. Maybe it was to up the protein content from 20g to 24g? It is grainier/ more powdery than the original and has a hint of that unpleasant taste most protein bars have. It seems like a backwards step. It isn't a bad product, just not as good as it originally was.

Below average
3I read reviews for these and was confident buying a box rather than a single - my bad. These are not great. In fact, this is one of the worst I’ve had in a while. Yes - the macros are impressive and slightly better than its competitors (PHD, Fulfil etc) but I would prefer to enjoy the bar for the sake of a few calories & found this bar pretty yuck - it has that weird powdery protein texture that I don’t get from the PHD smart bar & Fulfil bars. Disappointed. Goes Well With:Wanted something to go with my tea/coffee as my sweet snack. This is not the one.

What happened??
1Carb Crushers used to be my favourite protein bars, the best of the best. I had one every day. What happened?? Why did you change it? They are not deliciously crunchy anymore and too sweet and the center is powdery. Very disappointed!

Amazing
5These bars are honestly soo tasty. I'm very happy with the macros and as a snack it feels like I'm not missing out on a sweet treat. V happy!Goes Well With:Cup of coffee
