4The quality is amazing the resealable zip is thoughtful and unique and make it easy to store, the powder itself tastes sweet and because I got unflavoured I cannot taste it in my drink which is very good. The effect it had on my body was easily felt I felt more energised and although a few tingles and itches it made me buzz ready to get in a few more reps. Overall very happy with this product.Goes Well With:Glass of water and some peanut butter waffles

Lumps Galore

DIY Pre workout

4I've been using this product for over a year now, the bag lasts me a while, I don't mind it unflavoured with just water, but can be added to your protein shake or even juice. Only thing is it needs a good stir as it doesn't break down completely so I stir before each drink as the little bits sink to the bottom of the glass. Performance wise, I feel it helps me with my strength and I don't feel I fatigue as I would without it. I don't use full scoop as when I do it makes me feel sick, and very itchy and tingly, so I always do about half or 3/4's of a scoop. The first time to use it, you will definitely feel itchy so be prepared. Good Product for the price though.

5I have been using Beta Alanine just over two weeks now and it already doing its wonders. I am pushing more on endurance and metabolic training than ever before and less fatigue, gassed out due to reduction in lactic acid and soreness. Top class stuff.

4Great pre workout for high intensity training. Reduces the build up of lactic acid and gives that pre workout tingle shortly after consuming.
