"Just wanted to let you all know how I've been getting on with beta - alanine.\r\nI've been taking 1.5 grams 4 times per day for the last 6 weeks.\r\nI have noticed a literally night and day difference in my training.\r\nI do high level judo 3 times per week for 1.5 hours at a time.\r\nI also do Olympic Weightlifting 3 times per week for stremgth and conditioning for judo.\r\nA typical weightlifting session for me would be\r\nSnatch 5 sets of 3\r\nClean & jerk 5 sets of 2\r\nFront Squats 3 sets of 3\r\nWeighted Pull ups 3 sets of 6.\r\n\r\nI have noticed now that I feel almost no lactic acid build up or burning at all in my training, even though I keep the rest periods short 1 min or less. As a result I no longer ever cut my sessions short due to fatigue, my work capacity is much higher.\r\nIn my judo training also I have noticed the same, we do 10 * 5 minute sparring rounds with 1 minute break often, Now I barely notice any lactic acid build up at all during training. Any minor discomfort I do feel is gone within the minute.\r\nThis is the first supplement I have ever taken where I have actually noticed a tangible difference after taking it. Try it and I promise you will notice a difference."
