Very good meal replacement
5I bought a small bag of this along with a small bag of the Protein Meal replacement (see seperate review) and this is far better in my opinion. I think because it is Oat based the overall taste and thickness is far nicer than the Protein Meal Replacement - it is creamy and smooth and not overly sweet. I use it with Almond milk and water (200ml Almond Milk + 100ml Water) and I blast it up in the Nutribullet. 1 scoop is fine (2 was too much for my liking) and if you add a banana or some fruit it is even yummier. This works for me to replace my fitrst meal of the day mid-afternoon and as a substitute snacks / treats later in the day. Because it is thick / bulky it fills me up and reduces the desire to go seek out snacks. It works so well that I have ordered a larger bag and actually plan it into my eating regime which allows me to tailor calories / macro's to match my targets. Great for those without tastebuds!
1If you have the normal Meal Replacement Blend from MyProtein, do NOT buy this. I brought this thinking it would be a more balanced meal replacement than the other. However the taste is something I cannot over come (both Vanilla and Chocolate). I like the thickness and the oaty-ness of the shake, but it tastes very fake. I will stick to the original Meal Replacement Blend and my vitamins thank you very much.

2Vile taste & texture. The gloop somehow drops into your mouth when you try to drink it. I got the chocolate flavour & it doesn’t taste like chocolate, not like the protein powder. Only tried it once and scared to try it again! Goes Well With:The bin

Totally awesome
5Got the vanilla. Taste is great. Mixes really quick and easy using my shaker. It's a decent fill too, keeping me satisfied until my next meal. Really exciting - definitely making this a permanent part of my diet. Makes a huge difference not having to worry about sorting out lunch. Looking forward to trying more flavours :)

5This tastes like vanilla sponge cake mix. It’s sooo nice. I was a bit worried it wouldn’t be nice. So glad I got it. I also got the banana flavour drops it’s so nice with this too. Goes Well With:Banana flavour drops

5It great to know that there's always Be Nu comple in my cupboard..I am a busy man and if I am in the gym too long I always don't have the time to get my food read before work .so I take Be Nu comple knowing it full off nutrition and taste great..

My opinion
5I love all three flavours. It’s my go to lunch for at least 3 working days every week. I only use 2 good scoops per meal as it mixes better in the hand mixers. It would be great if you could produce a strawberry flavour one too!

Be Nu Vanilla - disappointment
1Gave this a good go as I was looking forward to having a new ‘go to.’ Every time I tried it I couldn’t get rid of a few lumps and it was always gritty even when using a blender. The taste is pretty rank too. Safe to say that I won’t be purchasing again.

Ok kind of grim tasting but does fill me up
3I ordered the chocolate flavour. It does fill me up when I have it for breakfast but it tastes a bit grim. Regretting ordering a pack of 27 servings but hey ho. It's undrinkable but I've found other meal replacement shakes to be more enjoyable with less carboardy aftertaste. It also doesn't blend very well when just shaken, as it instructs on the packet, so I need to use a blender which is obviously more time consuming.Goes Well With:A blender
