Great stuff
5So easy if you want something to give you the effect of a meal. I replace 1 of my 6 meals a day with it, really great stuff but would advice putting some milk and maybe some banana in and blending. Tastes great!!!Goes Well With:Protein bars

Effective but very sweet
4I bought this as I needed an easy way to fit more calories into my diet and found this to be the best mass gainer as it is not just full of sugar like most other products. I gave the taste 3 stars as it is very sweet if the recommended serving size is taken. I found that it dissolves relatively easily but has to be reshaken if not drunk quickly.

way to much sugar
1awful product, iv brought loads of these weight gainers over the years and this is by far the worse its soooo sweet its awful every taste is sugar sugar sugar yes you may put weight on but you will in the dentist chair first with rotten teeth!!! i shall stick to the usual better quality more expensive products defiantly wouldn't recommend anything on this site as my friends have said exactly the same. dont be fooled by the other good ratings there just done by friends and family of people who work for the company they cannot be truthful!!! no happy at all and a waste of money.

Good stuff
5I use this supplement for bodybuilding. I've put on some good size since I started going to the gym. Using this along side my meals works well. 400 calories per serving means I can slightly cut down my food intake. This is a nice easy quick way to get the nutrients you need to gain muscle.

Really good
5I seemingly have gained some weight in a short period of time, so its doing its job. I usually gave 2 shakes a day, maybe 3, and sometimes mix it with instant oats from here too. Was too sweet for me on the first try but Ive gotten used to it and really like the choc mint flavour, its like aero mint in a milkshake.Goes Well With:Water/Milk and Instant oats.

4Came within a couple of days and tastes great! Good value and I will definitely be buying this one again, thanks MyProtein! Goes Well With:Water, milk, adding ice cubes into the shake makes it loads better as well!

4Went with the cookies and cream and it is delicious, goes well with my diet plan, would and have recommended to friends, and will definitely be coming back for more

Great product
4Great product. I chose the vanilla flavour and I chose well. I use 700ml of full fat milk to get a full gain out of it. Been have 1 or 2 shakes a day for 2 weeks and already I have put on about 8 lbs. Sometimes it doesn't seem to mix well, but over all you can't complain. Taste is great with milk, haven't tried it with water.Goes Well With:Blue milk
