4Mixes really well! Can be quite heavy on the stomach sometimes but not a huge problem. Overall really good product if you're looking to put weight on.

Hard Gainer Extreme Choc
5This is really good value for money, it's always worth taking advantage of Myprotein's offers and discounts. I'm yet to find a shake that tastes exactly how you would expect but I've now had 3 types of proteins from this site and all of them have been very drinkable. I'm not particularly scientific with my workouts but I definitely notice the difference when I regularly use the protein shake straight after a workout.

Great taste, yet to see results
4I bought this product a few weeks ago, and I have gained a few lbs of muscle since adding this to my shakes. The hard gainer extreme in banana has to be the nicest tasting protein shake I have ever had! However it is also the thickest, so you will want to add more water/milk if you like to down your shake.

An Excellent Shake
5I have been using this shake for 3 months in conjuction with a weight training programme and I have increased my chest size by 4inches. It is a very easy to use and drinkable shake, highly recommend.Goes Well With:Water

Works!
4Im new to training, just signed up to the gym and decided to go for it. After a full check on some professional scales, it appears my metabolic age is 14 (I'm 30) and 1st under my 'ideal weight' with 10% body fat! I find it very hard to put weight on, I'm one of those guys who can eat anything and never get fat... I have been drinking this shake every day in the morning with whole milk, along with a protein shake (post workout) in the evening. Hitting the gym 5 days a week with a 30 min swim after each session. Ive also cleaned up my diet with healthier choices, replacing my junk with healthy, protein rich alternatives. So far I've put on 1/2st in just 2 weeks, so it must be doing something! It doesn't mix great, its quite thick and feels quite heavy and bloaty in my stomach... but I'm not used to drinking large amounts of milk and I'm also Lactose intolerant, so its being mixed with lactose-free milk. The flavour is ok, drinkable and does its job (Strawberry). I would recommend to anyone in a similar situation to me!Goes Well With:Lacto-free whole milk.

Great product for a hard gainer!
5Having used Hurricane XS to try and build, Hard Gainer does a much more effective job of increasing mass. On 2nd 5kg product and noticed even 'problem' muscle gain areas (medial/anterior shoulder muscles) are showing improved gains! Goes Well With:Fuse

Perfect for bulking
4I have gained well over 1.5 stone (21lbs) from using just one bag of this stuff. It's fantastic. It mixes well, despite what the reviews say, but I have it with water. Tastes fine and is very effective if you eat well and exercise. Highly suggest taking this AFTER a gym workout if you're bulking. The sudden supplement of carbs/protein is great. I've seen the results. Only complaint (why it is 4 stars) is it is very sugary. Though it's a mass gainer high in carbs, the sugar percentage of those carbs is a bit high but, you should never depend too much on it anyway. Get your maintenance calories from food and the extra's from this bad boy.Goes Well With:Water in a flask obviously.

Good but mixability could be much better!
4i've been using this product for only a month and it seems to do the job. Noticeable weight gains however the cookies and cream flavour i have does not mix well at all, lots of lumps. But for anyone trying to gain weight i'd definitely recommend this product (if the lumps dont bother you).

Hard gainer Extreme - banana
5Definitely the best powder if you're a hard gainer, banana is the best tasting by a mile as the others are very overpowering. Overall a great suplliment for gaining weight with the added carbs. Goes Well With:Milk Creatine monohydrate (flavorless)
