4Seems to be doing the trick. After lingering at around 86kgs for an eternity, I'm now putting on weight again. Weighed in yesterday at 91. I bought the smooth chocolate flavour. Tastes great ... Mixes ok (bit lumpy sometimes)... Good value. Will be buying again

Works a treat!
5I've personally had better tasting shakes but with this hard gainer extreme I've had strawberry and banana and can't really complain other than the raw/oaty pieces so I'd advice if like a friend of mine that doesn't like bits in the shakes avoid this or use a sieve because there happens to be quite a few bits personally doesn't bother me! Noticed a massive size change in just a few months compared to other shakes that weren't as affective Goes Well With:Semi skimmed milk in a bullet blender to get a more milkshakey texture can't argue honestly!

Much better protein powder available
1Previously bought whey isolate which mixes a lot easily. Hard extreme offers less protein (you cannot physically drink it with 3 scoops) and the taste is awful. The taste is due to the powder not mixing well at all which leaves a very 'gravel' like taste to the product. Would advise to look at other protein powder (whey isolate would be my reocmmendation)Goes Well With:A blender..:

yuck.
2I really wanted to bulk up and so i thought this was perfect. nope. it tastes really sweet and not like cookies and cream at all. it also has these weird bits that feel like sand in your throat. i found out these are oats... i think its safe to say i may be going to The Protein works, if they taste good. especially as i got a kilo of jaffa cake and a free 250g bag of butterscotch. so if these are good, myprotein will lose a customer..

Hard gainer extreme: easy mass
5Seriously good product, with an excellent taste and texture. Mixes very well with both water and milk and tends not to smell too bad if the protein shaker isn't cleaned out immediately. Feeling a honest difference between 'Hard Gainer Extreme' and my previous protein, would seriously recommend to anybody training up for a new season of contact sport or somebody looking for some seriously good post pump protein. 10/10 protein Goes Well With:I find it goes well with 100g of oats, 2 scoops of the 'Hard Gainer Extreme' and hot water, to make a seriously tasty protein porridge. Just mix the dry together before adding the wet, add 1 banana and 1 table spoon honey for flavour.

4Nice mixes ok by hand, really well in the nutri bullet. Still early days but I expect it to add the extra caps and protein to my diet. Goes Well With:Water

This stuff works
5I've been using this product to supplement my boxing training and have put on 2.5 stone of muscle so far. I was very skinny and could never put on any weight. Train hard, be consistent, and you will see gains.

Excellent Shake
5I have been using this product for 3 weeks in conjunction with a 5 day training plan consisting of cardio and weights. I have noticed a definite muscle gain in the last week of the 3 week trial, especially on my arms. The product initially tastes extremely sweet but I find the more water you add the better tasting, the sweetness is something I have got used to. I have used several protein shakes in the past and this is by far the best and quickest acting. Highly recommend. Goes Well With:Water
