Does the job perfectly!!
5Since starting a protein rich diet I was getting serious constipation. I upped water consumption and made sure I ate lots of fruit and vegetables but nothing helped. Thought I would try Psyllium Husks a try and I'm glad I did. 4 scoops daily and I'm back going to the toilet just like before. fantastic product! Goes Well With:Water and a dash of squash!

Works like a Charm!!
5A lot better than the last formula for some reason. I take ~10 - 15 grams last thing at night and in the morning it sweeps my colon clean or I feel that it does. Highly recommended.

Does the job
4Dry, nasty taste when taken dry, but good when mixed with a shake i.e chocolate, acting as a thickener. and making it easier to have as a supplement to your diet.Goes Well With:Impact Whey Chocolate

4Doesn't really taste of much which makes it great to mix with anything. Better than tablet format find this works better Goes Well With:Porridge

Pretty good
5Does what it says really, good source of fibreGoes Well With:Mix it into cereals, shakes, anything really. It doesn't have a particularly strong taste so you can sneak it in anywhere.

5Does the trick ,no more laxatives and stomach aches for me ,so easy to take I blend it in with my shakes in the morning . Perfect!!! Goes Well With:My protein shakes .

No more laxatives
5Brilliant stuff ,have a problem with my bowel this is perfect to keep me regular ,so easy to take just mix with my protein shakes, Goes Well With:Fruit juice or shakes love it .

disappointed
1as with other reviews I am disappointed with this product now. I did query it some time ago with My protein but was not given a satisfactory answer, please go back to your original husks

Bring back the last type
1Pretty annoyed with this product. The last one was a lot better. You seem to need to have two or more times the amount as you used to for the same results. The packet on the site looks the same as the old one but the one you get is different and so is the product... !
