Excellent Product
5I recently purchased this for combining with MyProtein Whey Protein for after my crossfit workouts. The product mixes really well with a shaker ball using either milk or water. No difference in taste as I'm using the mint chocolate chip whey protein. Only been using for a few weeks and I'm noticing a difference already. This product is a must buy!Goes Well With:Any flavoured Whey protein

5I switched to this after looking at the ingredients of one of the well known energy drinks - and guess what, its basically Maltodextrine salt and flavouring. With a little experimentation you can do the same, squash, pinch of rock salt, + recommended amount of maltodextrine powder into a 500ml cycling bottle fill half way with water shake to mix and top up with water. Saves a fortune and works for me! Goes Well With:Long cycle rides

My advice...shake like hell! it takes a while to mix but add 500ml water and some squash and it goes down a treat. Defiantly recommend.

"I recently purchased this to combine with my Creatine/Protein drinks during my intense Hypertrophy training. Mixed a couple of scoops with some impact whey with as much milk as required for my liking/taste. There's a strange taste involved in my lovely protein shake concoction now but I guess it's not a formal sit down meal so I just necked it. Job done, Important post workout carbs consumed! Good product for those who don't have the time to get a high carb food fix."
