Great at helping increase good bacteria
5This has helped me so much, I started small and built up and my bloating has disappeared. It is is great way of increasing the good bacteria in the gut and works out much cheaper than probiotics. Love this so much. And so happy it is vegan.

Inulin powder
5Great value, I have it in warm milk at bedtime... slightly sweet with no aftertaste. It makes my tummy gurgle and I'm a bit gassy for first couple weeks as previously but already way less bloated.

Great find
5I bought it for reported health benefits and I am now using it every night as it improves the quality of my sleep. Taste is mildly sweet, which is a bonus

I think it's working
5I have been using this for a couple of weeks now as I read about all of the benefits of beating visceral fat and also improving metabolism. I can certainly say that I am experiencing more bowel movements now which is a great however I don't think i've lost any weight per-say. Will keep using and update on results. Goes Well With:Protein shakes.

more fibre required
5This is a good product and an easy way to up your fibre intake for minimal calories. It mixes well with yoghurt and shakes but goes a bit lumpy in warm things like porridge. A no-brainer, you need this. Goes Well With:yoghurt or shakes

Does the job!
5I mix this with protein shakes to negate the effects of consuming a high-protein diet. Does what I need! The only thing is it could do with a larger scoop, but maybe that's just me (I like a lot of it!).Goes Well With:Protein shakes!

Inulin
4Not much to say about the product. No flavour. We put it on cereals in the mornings. Have been using Inulin now for a couple of years. Not sure if it works. Easy to order online - delivery extremely prompt. Packaged well.
