5A great addition for increasing fibre intake. Mixes well, slightly sweet taste. Excellent value and quality. Goes Well With:I’m a tea drinker and it dissolves quickly. I don’t take sugar in my tea and although the inulin is slightly sweet it is still ok.

Works a bit *Too* well!
2I started with one tiny scoop a day as I’ve suffered with constipation for years and mild IBS. It’s great, tasteless when mixed into drinks, adds a tiny bit of a bittiness to the consistency as it doesn’t always totally dissolve but otherwise fab. This helped me overnight with digestion issues… But after that first day and as I continued to use it, it has caused severe diarrhoea, gas and stomach pains. I’ve had to stop using it and I’m still suffering 5 days after deciding to stop. TLDR; avoid use if you have IBS.Goes Well With:Anything
