You won't know its there
5I mix this with a little apple juice topped up with water and some green powder. It has no taste and seems to vanish once it has mixed in - just making the drink feel slightly smoother. I feel it has benefited my digestion and so far seems to help with low blood sugar slump. I have not rated its effectiveness as it is too early to say what the long term effects are.Goes Well With:Green powder, Udo's Choice wholesome fast food, Fruit juice and probably anything else you want to use it with.

The only bulk source of inulin in UK
5I want inulin and this is the only source of bulk packets I've found yet in UK. It's a coarse powder (small granules), which dissolve in a glass of water fairly easily. It tastes a little bit sweet and I use it to disguise the rather unpleasant flavour of MSM. Stir the inulin in first for better dissolving. I've been taking it for a few months, to feed my gut bugs and I think it will take longer to assess the effectiveness. No change yet and I'm optimistic it will come.Goes Well With:Water and MSM

Great Product.
5Last time i went on a calorie controlled diet/meal replacement diet i struggled with my bowel movement for days at a time. That was inclusive of having 28g of flaxseed a day. I have now introduced inulin into my diet and my bowel movements are somewhat regular without the constipated/painful feel. This product mixes very well even in water like others have said; i would definitely be buying this agian. thank you myprotein :)Goes Well With:anything liquid

5Add 10g to my evening whey shake, a little high in carbohydrates for my macros however has a high fibre content per gram of product. Smells sweet however when mixed with flavoured Impact Whey Isolate it is undetectable Goes Well With:impact whey isolate

excellent produce
5Mixes well in water. Has no taste (I mean this literally). For me, this is a must have supplement. It keeps my gut lubricated. As a fibre supplement, this is by far the best by far. I cannot recommend this enough.Goes Well With:Any liquid..

Good and healthy
5Inulin is very good to get enough fibres. I put it together (10 g) with with a pound of lowfat fromage blanc and a proteinshake. It tastes good, is good mixible and its the best overnight combi

It works
5This is very mixable, you don't need a lot of it, in fact even the small scoop suggested once a day can be a sudden change to the body, any rises in fibre can give gas until the body is used to it. Saying that it does actually work as it's meant to, so I would suggest it for anyone that eats a lot or finds it harder to break down protein and carbs, but maybe start with a tiny bit and work your way up.Goes Well With:protein, oats, glutamine, juice

5Have only used this lately, first time purchased and was surprised how easily it mixed, considering it looks like it wouldn't. Doesn't really have a taste, don't even notice it in a shake. Can't really say if we have had any benefit from it yet. Time will tell.Goes Well With:Juice, nut or rice milk.
