4Flavour-less and easily digestible supplement that is hopefully working away to dispel visceral fatty tissue from vital organs. Unfortunately without a MRI scan I am unable to determine its efficacy. I have had no real problematic side effects other than excess wind and an increasing need to open my bowels. Hopefully this will also be assisting weight loss.Goes Well With:Porridge Age range = 62 years

Excellent service
5I bought the inulin due to a TV programme on well being. It is tasteless and easy to mix with water. The service from MyProtein was excellent. The price was very competitive and delivery efficient and speedy.

Good quality product
5Been using this for a couples of weeks now and introduce this product to other members of family. Just ordered a larger quantity for continuous use. Recommend.Goes Well With:Water, juice or protein drinks.

Started using inulin?
5Well I'm not going to talk about delivery or taste as we all know there both spot on. Well now ,started taking inulin to promote good health in my Trn regime. Some bad and good reviews on this stuff some say give you bad guts not had that yet,being taking for last few days tbs daily to smoothies packaging doesn't say how often to take and alls well. Not sure how to measure improvements and data just shows promotes good bacteria in the stomach so how do I measure that?

5Saw this product mentioned on TV in the programme about health when you're older. Thought I would try it and it appears to be very effective. Contains fibre so keeps everything moving the way it should. Haven't used it a lot so can't say long term but it does appear to be working.

Brilliant gut cleanser!
5As others have said, I first heard of this product when Angela Rippon was on "how to stay young" programme. She was advised to use it to rid her of internal visceral fat, which is really hard to do with diet. I'm not overweight, but thought it was a good idea to give it a try. I've now been using it for 2 weeks, and love it. It is mildly laxative, but not in an uncomfortable way at all. My midriff feels so much flatter and less bloated. It's really easy to use, just sprinkle a scoop over food, or dissolve in water. It's completely tasteless. I was using it 3 times a day, but I think twice is enough for me. I feel as if my gut has been cleansed. I actually ordered it while the programme was still being aired. Sadly, obviously due to the publicity it received, I've noticed the price has since gone up! I will still be buying it though.Goes Well With:Everything.
