"oh yeah and man up with the mixing a bit if your getting lumps, about 60 seconds of muscle pumping hard mixing. think of it as part of your workout regime :P. oh and something else i forgot is adding oats to your whey stops your milk from frothing as well and no one likes a frothshake over a milkshake :P"

"Mix - Not sure what the fuss is about, texture wise its a little like a cereal shake, not sure about these "lumps" people are talking about, it actually has a nice texture in my opinion. The Impact whey is a touch too thin for me and added the oats makes it more of a thickshake texture which i prefer. i think the unflavoured oats taste like an unsweetened digestive so when mixed with your choco impact way, BAM choco digestive flavoured milkshake, thats good for you! where is the loss here? perfect product for sure. excellent way of getting clean carbs in your diet. Plenty of useable energy but not like a kick up the arse like some of the simple carbs which again i like. Just feels like you have constant reserve and helps add a bit and makes you feel full which you can easily top up regularly. My use: Morning 60-80g oats with 30g scoop of impact whey, 5g of BCAA, 5g of creatine gluconate 300-400ml of skimmed milk. Before training 45-60mins, 30g impect whey, 30g oats, 10g of bcaa, 5g creatine, 4/5g of taurine 200ml of water/skimmed milk. Intra workout, 5g of bcaa sometimes a little beta alanine/creatine mix as well depending on how i feel. After training, another 60-80g of oats, 30g impact whey, 5g BCAA, 5g Creatine. Feel nicely full but not bloated all day, plenty of energy, plenty of growth. 12 weeks in im up 1.5 stone bodyfat has stayed low and i have only ramped up the sups in the last 4-6 weeks as i have learnt more and they are MOST DEFINITELY making a difference and the oats are no exception. Massive value for money as well, many thanks MP."

Im not much for writing reveiws but I just have 2 on this product I have 2 say this is great for my chocolate cravings ive been looking for such a product that would stop me from reaching for those chocolate biscuits and this is it great taste and with a 25g scope of this stuff fills the spot and at such alow kcal this will deffo help with keeping my daily kcal`s intake down.

Cant get enough of this stuff. It's amazing. Really quick and easy to knock up and taste great with milk and choc whey. Ive been drinking this for breakfast every day for nearly 2yrs! Great price too as 5kg last me around 50 days!!

"I've had this product(unflavoured) and the taste is awful, its like having dried oats however to rectify the taste, I have it with impact whey(strawberry) and true whey(vanilla) and no not together. I have oats with impact one day and true whey with oats another day. The best way to have it is with another protein or whatever suits u to give the flavour a punch. I've been using it for a week so can't say much but I will defo buy another pack once it finishes and post another review in 2-3 weeks time. Perfect for increasing carbs and gaining muscle"

"I have been consuming instant oats for about 3 months now, the low glycemic carbs really boost the energy levels throughout the day until lunch and especially for that strength needed in the gym - recommend to take for breakfast and 50 minutes prior to workout. Strawberry cream was very tasty I recently got chocolate flavour, tastes brilliant - works a treat and mixes well."

My first batch of oats arrived on Monday. I read a number of the reviews before hand and noticed everybody complaining about the taste and on the other hand I saw those saying the taste is irreverent as long as you get the effects (which I do agree with). However upon my first try found it impossible to stomach a portion. I tried adding lemon food flavouring followed by 100ml of Forrest fruit juice (Anything to cover the taste) but this didn't work :( Yesterday I received the double choc impact diet whey and this morning have mixed 2 scoops of the choc diet whey with 1 scoop of the unflavoured instant oats and around 300ml of water. With the mixture this kept the consistency at a moderate thickness and covered up the taste of the oats. I used this as a meal replacement for breakfast and must say it has left me feeling mighty full and at currently 277lbs you can probably guess correctly that I don't usually get full on a 'drink'. As I have only just started on the my protein product I will of course leave a better review once I have used it for a couple of weeks.

"This review is of the second 5kg batch of instant oats that I have ordered. The first batch was grand and mixed will with no 'residue'. However, this batch has a massive amount of oat husks that have not successfully been 'finely grounded'. This makes the shake fine until the end where it's practically just a heap of whole oats. It's a shame but hopefully it's limited to this batch as I will be purchasing more in future. With regard to effectiveness, it's hard to say as I mix it with whey protein. But in the 2 months that I've been working out, I have definitely gained strength and size."

"I defy anyone not to include this in their diet. Im up early every day for work and never fancy eating...So a couple of scoops of these bad boys in my protein shake sets me up for the day! Gone are the days of waking up the family with the blender going at 4.30 in the morning! Great for carbing up before Rugby on a Saturday. I mix it with orange juice before a workout if im feeling a but flat, this tastes fine. Also great in Cranberry Juice! Or add some into pancakes for the kids. Laughed at a lad the other day - eating porridge oats and protein with a spoon cold is disgusting - this is the way to deliver the benefits of oats!"

"I used to put porridge oats in a blender with milk/water and protein. But this saves all the messing about, it mixes brilliantly, it's cheap, it tastes just like porridge. It's ideal."
