5Instant Oats are great for bulking up and adding muscle mass. It helped me gain weight which I've always struggled with. Excellent.

Brilliant!!
5Just ordered the 2.5kg pouch of the unflavored instant oats, did a little reading on the reviews and thought I'd give it a go. I add 50 grams of the instant oats with 2 scoops of my preferred choice of whey protein isolate and must admit that it tastes perfect. I have strawberry flavor protein so basically it just tastes like strawberry oats. Definitely would and already have recommended it to my friends who also work out!

Instant Oats
5The Instant Oats are great, it tastes good, mixes well and sustains for a long time. You won't get a better product for the same price. Excellent value, I'll be coming back time and time again!

2.5x Price of supermarkets
1If your counting your calories, microwave the oats with water and make a protein shake with water and then mix them together. Maybe add some peanut butter for healthy fats. Goes Well With: Flavoured protein shake of your choice / peanut butter.

spot on
5Don't know why people are complaining about the mixing. Mixes fine with cold water, its never going to be all out smooth but is far from lumpy. Tastes like you should expect, porridge with cold water and no sugar, not the finest tasting food out there but it would be silly to expect anything else. With a touch of sweetener it would be pretty nice but I'm happy with it neat. Don't normally have time for breakfast first thing, but I whip this up in seconds and drink it in the car, for the price and nutrition there's no excuse to miss breakfast. Also mixes pretty well with whey protein, I have this when leaving work for a quick and easy pre-workout meal. Finally the price is superb, a must buy for me! Goes Well With: whey protein.

Breakfast replacement
5Ive been having this for my breakfast (3 scoops + a scoop of impact native whey + flavouring drops) and I doubt I'll every go back to having a normal breakfast again! It mixes well with milk in a large shaker and keeps me going for a while. A 5kg bag lasts for a fair bit too! Goes Well With: Flavour drops.

Amazeballs!
5I have Instant Oats everyday for breakfast, two scoops with cold water! It fills me up for a good 2 hours and I can't see myself having anything else for breakfast again. I love it!

5The Myprotein Instant Oats are another great buy! Get your moneys worth buying the 5kg mixed with a shake in the morning which keeps me going till 10 o' clock. It's cheap as chips!
