5The Instant Oats are a good product and very cheap considering the quantity you receive. It tastes good, just as good as any other oats, and mixes well with whey protein. It's great for making porridge. It's good for bulking. I would recommend this product. I have it once daily as porridge mixed with flavoured whey protein.Goes Well With:Impact whey protein. Milk (porridge)

Pretty good
5I've followed previous advice and mixed one scoop of Instant Oats with some protein, and I have it as a morning breakfast. It's really good making me feel full and doesn't repeat on me when I cycle in to work. All in all, it's pretty good. I will buy again.Goes Well With:Protein powder

Love Instant Oats!
5For me, Instant Oats are equally as important in terms if supplements as Whey Protein. I have them with protein in the morning and they give me a vital carb boost in time for my work out later in the day. These are good carbs! Way cheaper then buying porridge oats too. I strongly recommend these to anyone who wants to maximise their energy levels and increase gainsGoes Well With:Impact whey protein
