Don't buy Vanilla!
4I bought these Instant Oats as a quick way to get some good carbs after a workout. It mixes well with most proteins in a shaker, but please buy the plain version of oats! Vanilla is way too sweet. If you go for 2 scoops on it's own you're going to have a bad time!Goes Well With:Plain oats with soy protein isolate. Add some Nesquik or coco powder for simple flavours.

Brilliant
5These Instant Oats are a great way to get those extra complex carbohydrates. I especially like the chocolate flavour. I've recommended this product to all of my friends.

5I really like Instant Oats it mixed well and tastes good too. I mix it with a scoop of protein it's great. I bought the 5kg bag and will definitely buy it again.

Instant Oats
5I have just recently purchased unflavoured Instant Oats and I'm made up with the results! They are a brilliant way to add good carbs to your diet. Mixability could be better but I kind of like the gritty texture! Be advised though - the less water or milk the better!Goes Well With:Impact Whey and Creatine Monohydrate.

4The unflavoured Instant Oats are great value for money. If you need a quick supply of low G.I. carbs than try these. They are finely milled for greater solubility and mix great with your favourite choice of protein. The taste is not bad as it's not sour but it's slightly sweet. This is perfect for your body's energy needs.Goes Well With:Proteins.

5Instant Oats are a fantastic and easy way of hitting target carbs for the day, not too heavy and tastes lovely! Makes powdered egg whites (which are normally horrendous tasting) taste great.Goes Well With:Egg White Powder

5The Instant Oats are a good product and very cheap considering the quantity you receive. It tastes good, just as good as any other oats, and mixes well with whey protein. It's great for making porridge. It's good for bulking. I would recommend this product. I have it once daily as porridge mixed with flavoured whey protein.Goes Well With:Impact whey protein. Milk (porridge)
