Great Value
5great value coconut oil thats great for both cooking and as a moisturiser post workout. pot can be a bit leaky so best to invest in a reusable glass container with a more reliable seal!

Healthy option
5So good for a healthy option for oil. Use it for cooking chicken, pancakes and pretty much everything else. doesn't taste of anything. Highly recommend

Great energy source on a Keto diet
5Great product at a great price. We eat it, straight and mix it in coffee and many other things. We use it for lotion, in hair, oil flushing, lubrication etc. such a versatile product. We even use it as a pre workout.Goes Well With:In shakes with any protein powder and in coffee.

Coco-tastic
4Great product - ideal for cooking, eating raw, or even as a moisturiser! I use it to fry all my foods and even take a spoonful with low carb meals to boost fat/calorie content and pre-workout as well. This is a very versatile product and can be used with and for almost anything. If you like coconut, it tastes great, but even if not, the taste is not overpowering. It says it can be used as an ingredient in sports drinks, but it is a solid at room temperate so it does not mix very well - I simply take a spoonful alongside whatever I am drinking. However, I had issues with the delivery (it took over a week to come and am still waiting on a refund of the delivery fee) and was not particularly happy with Myprotein's response to this, especially considering that I have been a loyal customer for years, so I am giving the product a 4 overall.Goes Well With:Doesn't really mix with anything well, but can be used as a spread or cooking oil, so is quite versatile and goes with a lot of things in that respect.

Coconut oil - very good stuff
5Have started using this in cooking and I love it! Obviously there are the health benefits but also if you don't like coconut it can hardly be tasted in my food! Goes Well With:Thai red curry, peanut butter chicken
