4Since adding this to my diet everyday I have been going to the loo more frequently (I have IBS and this is a game-changer) I add it to my smoothies and they do taste a little like apple ..so I just and a lil Cinnamon and jobs a good'un!Goes Well With:Smoothies, oats

Mixing
4All lot of people commenting abut it being lumpy after mixing I've discovered the best way to mix is to add it to your protein shake ,leave in the fridge for 30mins then shake again ,no more lumps Excellent product to keep y ou moving Goes Well With:Protien shake

Petrol on your fire!
5Summery in one. It’s like you throw a Jerry can of petrol onto your metabolism fire! Don’t get me wrong you need to give it a week to fully kick in. Taste wise god knows. I blend it every morning a tea spoons worth with my chocolate nut protein and a scoop of vitamin C and nutri greens. The benefits are amazing. 2/3 bowel movements a day. You feel lighter and can see a difference in complexion after around 14 days. Fantastic product Goes Well With:Protein, nutri greens, and Andrex

Apple fibre
5I purchased this as it was cheaper than another well know supplier. I mix 2 scoops every morning with my meal replacement shake. It mixes really well and it doesnt change the taste of the drink you are taking it with. Highly recommended to get your fibre intake up. 5 stars for me and will purchase again. Also bag will last a long time Goes Well With:Protein shakes or meal replacement shakes. Not tried it with just water.

5I love this product I put it my protein mix and mixes well with that a really easy way get get daily dose of fibre as I have allergies to a lot of fruit. I have tried another more expensive product elsewhere but you het so much more In this. I would never be without this anymore. Goes Well With:Protein mix

It is just ok
3Does what it promises, however it does not mix at all, giving the idea you are eating dirt when you are trying to include it on liquids. I now put it only on my granola or yogurt that has nuts et.c. so I do not taste it.Goes Well With:Granola and yogurt.

Does what it’s supposed to!
4I’d really been struggling to hit my daily fibre... and you can imagine the consequences! Two scoops of this on my morning porridge and it works like a dream. Can’t taste it, can sometimes notice a very very slight bitty texture if I haven’t quite put enough almond milk in (I tend to have my porridge like concrete mix!) with it but other than that, it’s perfect! Massive bag so will last ages. It’s only 2g and I think there’s another fibre alternative from My Protein but I didn’t see this till after I’d purchased, but this was enough for me. Have also dropped it in a couple of protein smoothies and again haven’t noticed it. Goes Well With:Porridge, smoothies...

It didn’t do what it said on the tin
1This product made me ill, I have IBS and was told this stuff was amazing. Didn’t work for me and made the constipation even more severe. Goes Well With:It tastes awful
