Gut health
5I bought it in hopes of improving digestion and gut flora. It turned out to be a hit, it is a great product, it mixes well and the taste is also good and I thought it would be otherwise, I am also positively surprised. I recommend fibre to anyone with intestinal problems.Goes Well With:Health product

Great stuff
5So I’m on a diet at the moment, trying to lose some of my lockdown weight. I’ve been having a meal replacement shake in the mornings and been adding two scoops of this to it. Can’t taste it in my shakes which is great and ensures I’m getting enough fibre and keeping me regular. I will be repurchasing (I’m doing a well known meal replacement diet and they charge 5x what I paid for this for their oat apple fibre!)Goes Well With:Protein shake/meal replacement shake

Neutral taste, yay fibre!
5It's fibre - helps with fibre needs! Separates from shake after sitting still for a while, but once you shake it again you can't tell on drinking. Has a pretty neutral taste so goes with anything. Put it in a heavier shake though, not a watery preworkout. Goes Well With:Protein shakes, mixed into food like porridge.

Aple Fibre
4I order Aple Fibre to have an extra oxidant. I find this type of fibre more better than other, because fruity and effect fine. Will try to use with Rutin to have an chelation on a toxins.Goes Well With:Rutin

Apple Fibre
5I quite like the taste, sweetish and apple-y. Mixes well with creatine and whey. Delicious with oats and fruit. Seems to help with digestion and regularity. Would recommend. Goes Well With:Whey and creatine.

Disgusting but it works!
4Like many of the other reviews I would agree that the consistency of this powered is awful & it is far from flavourless (it’s pretty rank). However , the main thing is that it does work! I’ve tried to mix it in my coffee- ewww. I’ve found the best way to take this is mix 2 scoops with about 100ml of boiling water so it dissolves. Add 1tsp of honey & some lemon. The lemon really breaks down the bitter flavour. I wait for it to cool & shot it. Goes Well With:Honey and lemon

Doesn't work for everyone
1I did use this oat fiber for a while and I have no difference whatsoever. Still constipated despite drinking lots of water.
