Non-Messy Chalk
4This was as good as chalk in terms of improving grip, minus the mess. Might be a little pricey, but it doesn't transfer to clothes/etc. However, there's alcohol in it, which may be a bit drying for your hands. Would buy again.Goes Well With:MyProtein straps

Liquid Chalk
5Needed something I could take around with me to my local gym. Small and compact it's easy to keep in a gym bag. Had been doing deadlifts and the bar was always slipping at the top so tried the chalk and was able to add 40-50 kilos onto my deadlift with just a small drop of the chalk. It wasn't sticky and didn't come off on the bar. Sweat wasn't an issue either. Had to reapply after about 15 minutes and 5 sets but I was very impressed with how it worked. It washes off with just water if you've any excess. Perfect product in my opinion and lasts.

5How did I live without this Myprotein Liquid Chalk before? Forget gloves, grips, hooks, straps etc. This is the real deal. All my lifts have gone through the roof. When doing pull ups I feel as if I could hang there all day. I highly recommend giving this a go. You won't regret it and you'll throw your gloves away.Goes Well With:Wrist wraps, knee wraps, dipping belt.

4The Myprotein Liquid Chalk is very effective in increasing grip and reducing sweat. I think the liquid should be a little less thick to be easily spread.Goes Well With:a good back workout

5Myprotein Liquid Chalk is really good for extra grip, easy to apply and dries very quickly! A lot of liquid for a low price, perfect company for heavy lifting. Note: Doesn't taste very nice.Goes Well With:Your hands
